Booking terms
These terms apply to appointments booked through this site.
Booking confirmation
Your appointment is confirmed when you receive an email with a booking reference. If you don't see it within 10 minutes (including spam folder), please call us.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Free of charge if you let us know at least 24 hours before your slot. Same-day cancellations may be billed at our minimum diagnostic rate.
Estimated duration
Durations shown are estimates. If a job needs more time we will call you first and quote any additional work before proceeding.
Warranty
Every job carries a 12-month / 15,000 km warranty on parts and labour. Wear items (brake pads, tyres, wipers, bulbs) follow manufacturer warranty.
Payment
Cash, debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and Mobile Pay accepted. Payment is due on collection.
